Weight loss diet plans are everywhere you turn, but these diet plans are not meant for teenagers or adolescents.  The best diet plans that a teenager or adolescent can participate in is a healthy lifestyle of regular activity and a healthy, well balanced diet with significant nutritional value.  Weight loss diet plans should be considered for adults only.  Even then, adults should also have a regular routine of exercise to maintain a healthy mind and body.
